B Barbara New member Jun 1, 2010 #1 Neighbours dogs don't go out of the house much and use the back garden as a toilet. They don't clear it up and when they do cut the grass, the poo gets chopped up in the blades too. The smell comes over the wall and is horrid. Is it a health hazard?
