Guys - Is there a way to set Newsleecher to only download the last 20 days headers when you do it for the first time? Everytime I currently update headers it starts from 90 days and therefore takes a while.

look in the options you can set it to download the latest X headers for first time, and a seperate option which you won't want for the times after the first.
