I'm doin this one for my friend. He purchased a 1994 prelude a few days ago and it has a1995 prelude engine with 80k miles. It runs fine until past 2800 rpms and then the rpms start to fluctuate and idk what's wrong with it. He doesn't eather. What could be wrong?
