S seangriffen New member Sep 6, 2010 #2 YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER ... EITHER THEY CAN INSTALL IT THEMSELVED OR THEY SHIP IT TO AUDIOVOX TO GET IT DONE IF YOU ARE WITH TELUS YOU WONT BE ABLE TO USE THE USB CABLE PROPERLY... READ MY POST
