com cablme is not only for DB9 pin 2+3 ?

i made USB cable and its read the code but not work for imei.

if sheme is different tell me plz what to change.

But this version can't work. Only unlock well. For changing or recovering imei has this error:

"Call_date: FAIL"
 
you cannot change imei on the 3g lg handsets coz they have otp imei..you can change imei on 2g lg handsets.
 
0k guys...in order to change imei you need tx and rx connected to the fone with usb and com port at the same time...some one plzzzzzzzzzz show a diagram or schematic where are the tx rx pinouts on the usb cable and com port....thank you
 
The drivers included is unlock for the modem so the computer only knows there is a modem install eventually on a (x) comport .

The bridge here is to tell the computer , look ; on (x) comport is attached a phone and should look from there.

Same thing happen with other driver that automatically install a port to communicate with the phone and the modem port.

on a com port tx and rx are 2 and 3 pin out but usb port i have no idea!!!
how you can connect pin out on usb port??? what does it mean???

usb has only 4 pins: rx, tx, gnd and pwr, so connecting com1 to usb can only be bullsh.t.

please can anybody give a clear answer: do we have to connect pin2 of com1 to pin3 of com1 and use the usb-cable which was in the package of the phone? i mean no connection vom com1 to usb?

if not, pls post link to wiring-diagram.
