best tool to use (css, joomla,html)? I wish to create a website that will have lots of pictures and videos but don't know which tool is best to study and use. I hear about CSS, Joomla, XHTML etc. Which one will serve my purpose best? Thanks.
 
CSS, HTML 5, or XHTML are good. They just released HTML 5, Google Wave is going to use it so that's cool, but I wouldn't use it yet. XHTML is the recommended HTML as recommended by the W3C. I made a website using HTML and CSS (XHTML Strict to be exact) and it looked nice.
