No problem at all with the help. It's interesting to at least know about the technology. And for most people, the cheapest option is usually the way they go. But just adding a line to an existing plan is usually much cheaper than starting a contract plan with any provider and if you can get by on 400 minutes, it's great that you could do it for that price. If it's on your boss's plan though, I guess the downside is that you can't just call in and change the plan minutes if your calling habits change in the future so you might have to exercise a little self-control with your usage to not pay overages. Just remember to keep the relationship friendly over the next 2 yrs if you're on a contract. You can't say stuff like take this job and shove it! Enjoy the cable internet!
