Zorro will be a young man justing entering college. "He'll fight for the underprivileged and the disadvantaged citizens of a mythical, modern-day city resembling Los Angeles, and he'll do it on a cool black motorcycle called the Tornado-Z. Wow...

This will either be a smash hit or a disaster of epic proportions... No idea which one is more likely at the moment. If the writing is on par with, say, Batman Beyond it could be cool.

It would be nice if they didn't rehash Futuristic Kiddie Noir. It would be nice to see a futuristic look mixed in with the prestate California one: designing characters and settings that reflect Spanish California instead of yet another generic dark city where everyone dresses in trenchcoats and suits.

Basically, this series looks like Zorro gets the Batman treatment. "To the Zorro cave!"

I can think of at least 5 other heroes whom I'd like to see get a new animated series before Zorro, but such is life. If it's good and it manages to find an audience, more power to them.

Why is there always someone who downs things? It's a wonder you guys like anything.

It doesn't look bad, it has a 90s feel to it and I like that. ;)

It's obviously a kids show so those of you who are looking for something mature might as well not even comment on it. I wish they gave a sneak peek, maybe a 2 min clip or something.

I really liked this show the first time I saw it.....

......when it was called Batman: The Animated Series.

-Seriously, while it looks more than a tad derivative and very wannabe cool, I try not to pre-judge a show before seeing it. As long it's not just Batman with a whip and a Spanish accent, it should be able to find an audience, depending on where it airs and what it's up against. It doesn't look like something I'd go out of my way to watch, but you know, whatever mows your lawn.

Why must every 'classic' or historical character be shoved into a futuristic setting at some point or another? Sherlock Holmes, The Phantom, etc

Coming soon- Christopher Columbus In Space! Attempting to discover a new cosmic trade route, our young hero stumbles on the alien planet Armorishia 7/4. Columbus and his robot dog have exciting adventures trying to save their new home.

I saw an ad for a DVD release and the animation look like Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century -- not very recent looking. Doesn't give me much confidence.
