how about building businesses so jobs can be built, instead of some stupid building for a stupid religion

I'll never believe the official version of 9/11 but even that said it wasn't about Islam. According to the 9/11 commission report it was about US military presence in Saudi Arabia, Iraqi sanctions and bombing campaigns, and US support of Israel.

And how many countries has the US bombed the hell out of and then gone there and built some McDonalds, Starbucks, etc and rabroad

This would be like prohibiting the Catholic church from building a cathedral 2 blocks away from where an IRA bombing occurred.

I can understand why Americans could be upset. But what I'm confused about is why they won't just build the mosque somewhere else. Sure they can build where ever they want, but let's me honest, there are tons of rabroad

Unless that's like the easiest place to build a mosque, but in that case there should be a compromise between everyone, like rabroad
