New York Times blasts the PS3.. O_O

true but still- being able to play your own music while gaming doesn't really need testing. neither does being able to do other things while you're downloading stuff.

I'm surprised the PS3 comes with any functionality at all honestly, they took so long to get them working I'm surprised they even had an OS coded

what the fuck was there to prove you faggot?

you said xbox live costs money...yes it does...but it also wins emmys. and i don't need to fucking link it you can google it in 10 seconds.

my point is xbox live > ps3 online. and that's a fucking fact.

Irrelevant...online gaming is here to stay, I'll always pick a game with a strong multiplayer component over one without, besides a few exceptions.

Hopefully, for all the people that have put a lot of money into the systems, Sony does make the system more user friendly and make it actually worth the money that people have spent on the environment. I am not sure I think they will. Who knows though. Sony has been the best for awhile now for a reason, maybe they will figure it out before it is too late.

I don't think its not user friendly. I breezed through everything when I started it up on the 17th. It's a PSP navbar for pete's sake!

What do you guys think is going to happen when the 360 starts to get games that users from multiple environments (PC and 360) can play at the same time online? I believe they are working on a Marvel game that can do just that.

i'm seriously wondering what the fuck the sony developers were doing all this time. these are all software issues, not hardware issues, and should have been worked out over the past year

I'm not arguing that online gaming sucks or whether or not its here to stay. I'm stating that there still is more non-online gamers than online. Thus why Sony could still get away with a weaker XBL and still be successful.

(the fanboy/troll shit was about FINALBOSS.)

I used to be a Wii fanboy, then I realized that I had just gotten caught up in the hype and I wasn't all that excited anyways.
