I'm planning a trip to New York in July. I don't want to obviously or accidentally dress as what I am: a tourist. So I've been reading articles, and they all say the same thing....NO SHORTS! Doesn't it get really hot at the end of July? I just don't want to sweat in jeans, or wear a dress every day. What are te exceptions to summer fashion in NY?
