I am interested in starting a business in Upstate New York that sells Ethnobotanical Herbs, small reptiles, tobacco accessories, body jewelry, clothing, art & craft supplies, Art, Music, and literature, and have a few questions.
What are the laws on selling Ethnobotanical sale?
If properly displayed as toxic and unfit for human consumption and sell only to 18+ year olds, I am well within my legal boundary, correct?
Tobacco/herbal smoke accessories, such as pipes, water pipes, papers, and grinders, as long as not sold to minors is legal?
What kind of license's would I have to acquire to sell herbs, toads, lizards, and tobacco accessories?
Any possible links to a list of banned herbs / animals?
