Misunderstood

So I'm 15 years old, my friends and I don't want to stay home for New Year's Eve, so we looked up things to do. It's very hard being this age sometimes, we want to countdown with a large group of people because that's really the excitement of the New Year. The only things we can do that I found, really end around 9 and that defeats the purpose, everything else is 18+ or 21+. We also cant find any "house" parties and we cannot host one ourselves. So if there are any events that have a countdown where teenagers are invited around Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville, Tahoe, or remotely close to those places, please let me know, because its extremely frustrating to be a 15 year old around here, this time of year.
