I have a friend who wants to sign up for either a new Verizon or AT&T account however he is currently unemployed and has been for some time. Will he be able to sign up with Verizon or AT&T being unemployed? Or will he have to wait?
If he can still sign up, He wants to get a smartphone like the droid or possibly Iphone. He texts a lot more than makes calls so he does not require a lot of minutes but will need unlimited texts, and he does use the internet features like Instant messenger and such. I do not know off hand what other features he would require such as protection plans, etc. With all that being said, how much would his monthly bill amount to for Verizon and AT&T?
