new Toyota 2006 Tacoma V6 6 spd manual 4x4. 34k miles.

When I shift from first through all gears I hear and feel a clunk as soon as I let the clutch back out. Am I shifting bad? Or is something out of adjustment? Also rattles when going slow for a particular gear, example, turning on to another street in 2nd gear, slow down to less than 10mph to make turn, begin accelerating and there is a little rattling as it accelerates. The rattling goes away once the engine picks up speed. What is this rattling sound? Clutch springs or something? Thanks for your help. I would just take it in to Toyota but if there is nothing wrong they will charge me.

It sounds like you are shifting to soon on acceleration and not down shifting to a low enough gear when going 10 mph or slower you should be in first. Sounds like maybe your valves are rattling because you are not turning enough rpms for the gear. Is this your first manual.
