New toy: LG Shine or Sharp SX633A?

New member
Already have a reliable phone with 850, and I just basically want a phone to play around with.

I've come down to Shine or SX633A. Price is close, but the Sharp is more expensive.

I prefer flip phones over sliders, but that's not a big issue. Their keypads are similar too.

Needs:
Bright and clear screen - as large as possible (very important)
Feels solid and isn't feather light
Durable - I baby my phones, but I still want something that will last long
Stable firmware available
Fast navigation through menus

Also which one takes better pictures? Both are 2.0mp I know.

From past experience, do LG phone prices drop fast? Sharp phones don't drop too much since there aren't many models out.

True.. I'm looking more towards keeping this as long as possible though.. (if I can) then leaving the cellphone scene for a long while (try).



How is the scroll wheel treating you? I've heard nothing but bad comments about it =/
 
its not that bad. Honestly because of the bad things i heard, i rely more on the number keys. The way around the horrible scroll wheel is just go slowly. People get angry because they scroll so quick and they expect it to keep up but if u scroll slowley its fine. One drawback is that the mirror scratches easily. I dont know about other people but putting it in my pocket with nothing else (i used to baby it) still makes micro scratches. Its not totally bad because it doesnt take away from the look and you wont be ANAL (lol) about the condition of the phone anymore. Its a good phone AND REALLY sexy.
