New T-Mo site 'glitches'

So I've been going rounds with T-Mo for about 2 weeks with this one. I log into my account on their new site and when I look at available services to add or remove, it shows the BB data plan under 'Account Level Services'. The description under that heading is that it applies to ALL lines on the account. So the deal hound I am, call them up and ask if this is something new. They say that it's a typo and that BB data plans are per line (as I already more or less knew). She assures me it'll be fixed and apologizes for it being misleading.

Just today I call 'em back because it's still listed that way. The gentleman assures me it is a typo and that I would be charged for each line of service and apologizes because he agreed that it's false advertising.

Anyone else with any quirky stories about the new site?
 
yes, every time i go to download OS 4.5.0.81 to have on my computerit wont let me, i have been trying for about 2 weeks now, i click to downlaod and server cvannot be found..im just not in the mood to deal with tmo now,not that they are a problem but this new site SUCKS
 
I already satisfied my 1yr contract with t-mobile.why cant i cancel contract and start new one.because really i could leave t-mobile altogether. why would they prefer to lose a customer rather than sign me to a new contract.
