My anxiety is flaring up again....been through some stuff over the last 3 months and it's definitely coming back....exhausted but have that "energized" feeling and not in a good way....random aches here and there...new symptom though....does anyone else have a twitching thurab?? Just thurab, nothing else. Very odd and disturbing. Goes off randomly. Any common experience shared would help me!

Twitching of the fingers and thurab is very common among the general population whether anxiety suffers or not. I've had it for many years off and on. It comes and goes for no apparent reason. By themselves, thurab tremors are seldom a cause for concern.

It must be a common symptom of anxiety, because I use to have that problem with my right pinkie toe. It was so annoying, I would put on a real tight pair of socks to keep it still. It drove me nuts. lol

Thanks to you both for your comments....I knew the "one-time" twitching was usual....the knee-jerk and then it's over type thing....this repetitive thing is new to me though! =) I just watch it in amazement as it goes off but it does kind of freak me out.

I am trying to control this whole thing without medication and especially as mine is situation-specific it would seem. It's challenging at times though. And it's nice to know there are those out there who understand.
