New screen after 2.2v update

My update completed and I had a new screen - The digital clock was still there, but new star icon upperleft that could dim the wallpaper, my location was displayed under the clock as was the location temperature. This was a one-time deal until yesterday when it appeared briefly with an incoming call. Can I get this new screen to stay??
 
It sounds like the "Clock" app. Brightness dimmer, clock, location, weather and quick links on the bottom to alarm, photos, music and home?
 
Thanks Cyber, that's exactly what it is. Wonder why it decided to appear like that?? Do you know where I can locate a user-friendly guide to all the tricks on these Droids??
