New RC race car game coming for Xbox 360 or PC?

I saw a developer interview for a new RC race car game coming out for either the X360 or PC (I can't remember). Although, I think it was talking about 3D glasses. It had one scene where they were doing a cops and robbers thing. Anyone know the name of the game?
It is not Joyride (or modnation) thanks for the suggestion.

The game has an overhead look and feel similar to Super Off-Road for the SNES / Arcade.
