I got a new brocher today from a retail store and all of the rate plans are changing. No $55 plan anymore either, but on crickets web site they still have the old plans,why? $60 plan now has unlimited directory assistance, mobile web, call fowarding, unlimited text to mexico, and international text, but nothing on there web site.
 
market specific rates...hmmm

what are they thinking???

that people in different areas might have different neeRAB???

san diego has excellent plans. i reduced my cost from 60 (55 + 5 wap) to 50 with everything i need including roaming. Use 92117 for this plan.

interesting. it appears that you can no longer add WAP browsing to the lower rate plans.

edit: or roaming either...

nevermind mycricket.com is wrong. you can add WAP and roaming to the lower plans.
 
or if i find a cheaper one hah.

changing plans is like changing phones, you get addicted to things, bored with things. its pretty interesting.

(i actually have EVDO for the moment in san diego also, but dont ask me how)
 
yeah, we've had that in houston for a bit...i think it was right after they stopped the add a line on used phone for $15...

i just changed to it the other day and that's how i go tthe roaming prl for houston...

now i just need to talk someone into hooking me up with a roaming prl that has evdo...

i know there's one out there...i know it.
 
Cricket is still sending my texts that say add a line on your old phone for $15 here in Houston. The sale eneded long ago, but I'm still getting it. oh well.
 
Supposed to end may 31, I hate when people expect to come to a store with a phone from another carrier and get add it just for $15 with everything done to it then we get into the argument of they say "any" phone. Some dont get that the phone has to be programmed then gotta go through the lame process of waiting on the hotline for a good 15 minutes since the freaking lines are so saturated, man people r so cheap sometimes....
 
Oh by the way Lol something i found out is pretty cool for those dealers out there. Whenever you have need to activate 2 used phones cricket or phone from another carrier. Is activate the first one post APL then call in to add the second one and you save the second APL :D
