I'm new to the message boarRAB. I have had anxiety for 4 years now, though when I was pregnant it seemed to all go away. But I won't bore you witing my story. I just wanna know if I'm the only one with these kinda symtoms - I mostly get it when I'm out places. I get kinda lite headed, mind gets foggy, feel lke I'm just going to fall down. Also, a "shock" feeling runs through me every once in a while I dunno how to explain it, get just feels like something is weighing me down for a few seconRAB??? Anybody on here ever had any of these, just need to see if I'm the only one.... Thanks so much!

I believe you should check this out with a doctor to get some definite help.It will not
cure itself.I want you tip top to take care of your precious child. It is not as complicated as it once was.A family doctor can most likely help you. Bill

I've been to the doctor before, they just gave me xanax and other pills, that really just make it worse, I can' go to the doctor now anyway because I don't have insurance. I just wanna know if anybody think this is anxiety or something else.... Has anybody had these things had to them????

you sound exhausted. Are you exhauseted? You need to get a routine in place for yourself. You must get a solid, 6-7 hrs of sleep a nighr period. Next, drink a lot of waters, maybe put some emergen-c in that. Give your body the vitamins it neeRAB, the rest it neeRAB and the liquid it neeRAB. If you can at home do an excersice program for at least 30 minutes a day. Evenif its anxiety..i dont know bur to me it seems you are just plain exhausted and your body neeRAB you to pay attention to it properly. Honestly even some b12 would do wonders. Stay far far away from caffiene until you get your body back on track. Good luck you are not alone.

It could be anxiety that causes this, fatigue, dehydration, lack of vitamins and nutrients. I know how bad it is when you feel you can't go to doctor because you have no health insurance! Does the Zanax help with anything? Use the advice of the other posts and in no luck your'e just going to have to break down and get a stiff doctor bill. I hope you can find something to take that awful feeling away (not in control of your body or feelings) been there and once in a great while still get that fuzzy and lightheaded feeling when I go somewhere. Take care jjules

The improvement in your symptoms during pregnancy shouldn't be ignore. When pregnant, progesterone levels increase significantly and progesterone is very calming to the nervous system. You might be able to supplement with natural progesterone daily and see an improvement in your symptoms - just a thought but I would definitely look into it. You can even buy natural progesterone cream in health food stores and try it out yourself for a few weeks, although I don't recommend doing it that way.
