Thanks answer man, because calling Alltel and having them send you the prl to your email is like pulling teeth. I have that situation with my data card where I called Alltel and asked for them to send me the latest prl. I have recieved no email from them and it has been over a week now.

Reps are not allowed to email a prl to anyone. The only thing they can do is request that the prl be pushed ota to your device.

Alltel sent me the prl through the email the last time because I have never been able to get the prl to be pushed over the air successfully.
