New PRL in North Carolina

I just added roaming before heading out of town for Thanksgiving. I now have a 05203 PRL. This isn't the the same roaming PRL I had a few months ago. I haven't had time to extract it from my phone yet.

Does anybody else in NC have this on their phone?

yeah i know someone that used to do that for rent a center. usually the person that answers the door doesn't know whats going on.
