New *Prison Cell* workout plan editing?

So basically I created a daily work out (what days should i skip workouts?) and I just want someone to edit it up to fix things i maybe did wrong and make it better I understand that its probably pretty flawed but that's where you come in...also i do not have weights or anyway to do pull ups I'm getting new to the whole working out thing and dieting but i want my body to look good and be healthy so links to some great sites to show me how to eat right...points awarded to person that covers all my questions

WARM UP
3min run in place
3min elliptical

STRETCHING
10sec each limb 3x
shoulder
triceps
quads
hams
full leg

MAIN WORKOUT
repeat 5x
Regular push ups - 10
Regular sit ups - 10
Wide push ups - 10
Janda sit ups - 10
Close push ups - 10
Double crunches - 10
Triceps push ups - 10
Reverse Crunches - 10

COOL DOWN
stay moving for 5min rehydrate and stretch
STRETCHING
20sec each limb 1x
shoulder
triceps
quads
hams
full leg
