Ok have not had much time to see if this has been posted or not, got back from a meeting today and lookes like they are making the rate plans more Beefy.

$45.00 Rate plan will now have 411 and PEC

$50/$60 Rate Plan will now have Cricket Backup and E-Mail ( Pop3/IMAP, Hotmail and all that good stuff) plus it will have Int.Texting not just mexico texting.

Sadly to say on the E-Mail its a Brew APP not a hard open pop3/IMAP, however we shall see. i would say they would have to open the ports but the brew app might just use the 8080 ports or some other BREW related ports. anyhow this all starts on 4-21-09
 
Not Sure, ill take a look at it soon as i get in, but if other peeps can let us know as well, they made it seem like it was going to be all cricket markets but i could be wrong.
 
Based on what i have heard these are Cali only Rate plans and from what i have heard they are going to be passed down to other markets later down the road. :doh:

Other markets might have a differnt start date, but then again i know West cost every market has differnt rate plans, i know that Oragen's plans are way way differnt from all the other markets as well.
 
I had to goto the 50 dollar plan and change it before the changes would show up. As long has the plan is the same or more in price there is no charge to do it, if you were to downgrade there is a 10 dollar migration fee.
 
i don't see email, just mybackup. i'm on the 50 plan in san diego. i also have had international text for a long time, not just mexico.
