New pipes...any tips?

I am getting my new Vance and Hines straight shots in the mail today...any tips for putting them on?:bounce:

I can't count how many times I knew I had something coming in the mail that day... only to get it a day or two later!

Take your time. Don't forget the exhaust gaskets. When you get one pipe on, cover it with a towel while putting the other one on. That way, if the 2nd pipes is dropped or slips it won't scratch the first pipe.

When I installed mine I left as much of the padding on as possible, use masking tape near of close to brackets, floorboards, pegs. Also if married take your friggin ring OFF!! Don't ask!!
