New Phone same Girlfriend need advice..

I want to buy my girlfriend a cellphone and want her to surf the net too, she has data plan for T-mobile here are my questions:

1. can she surf the internet or atleast IM with it? does she need to have a 3rd party browser if theres any, just to surf the internet? like opera or netfront?

2. are there any 3rd party software for playing divx,movies mp3's in it? like smartmovie?or Ultramp3?can you recommend any?

3. how decent is the camera? video MMS? currently when she sends me video MMS we only have like 8sec, if she has a bigger memory can she go over that?or its a carrier dependent?

4. one more thing can she view attachments on it?

5. recommended BT headset?

that's it for now..bottom line is I want her to surf the net, watch movies, listen to mp3's, decent camera,can install games, right now she has nokia 3220 Thanks..BTW budget is no more than $250 and I dont want a contract extension...Thanks..
 
Well, if you can mind the looks of it, 6620 all the way!!

i mean c'mon, it's like the most well rounded phone out there AND you can get it for less than $180 WIHTOUT a contract on ebay.

I recommend smartmovie definately.... you can wtach movies in landscape in .avi form, awesome audio and video quality.

mp3's i recommend oggplay....it sorts mp3's by artist, album, title, subfolers, playlist, etc.

as for a browser, i don't use data so i can't really help you out here


i mean it's a larger phone and some people think its ugly, buy my g/f thought that it was cute and she is a 3220 users too. but it's too advanced for her so i just sold it instead of letting her use it.
 
I've been to the 6620 path for a long time but my gf didnt like it, but I kept it so I dont think thats an option for me anymore...although I mis my 6620
 
no new gf for me her warranty expired... but Im lucky to keep her, wont even trade for a thousand n80hell not even for a million n80..
 
how about a smt5600? is it too much for her from nokia 3220 >> smt5600? can she use it on t-mobile, she has the 5.99 t-zone plan, how about mms and video mms? anybody had this combo t-mo and smt5600? Thanks...
