New Phone Replacement

Hello all,
I am looking to get a new phone (preferably flip phone). I am using T-Mobile, so it needs to be compatible with them as well. Some features that I am looking for are:
1. Good camera quality
2. Ability to take videos (longer than 15 seconds preferably)
3. The ability for me to buy a data cable so I can transfer ringtones, pictures, videos, etc.
4. Speakerphone (not neccessarily required)
5. Decent battery life
6. The ability to conference more than just 2 people in a call would be a plus
I want a good, quality phone, not a POS that will stop working in a couple months. Lastly, I do not want to have to sell my soul for one (preferably under $100-150).

What is your price range...From the things Ive gathered from you...a Sony Ericsson K750i or Sony Ericsson W810i fit you very well
 
I would like to keep it below $150 if possible with or without a rebate. I went to the T-Mobile store and I'm liking the Samsung t809 and the t609. What are your thoughts on these? The 809 is a slider but I really liked the display.
