probably. all te music capable phones cricet has released in the last year-ish have had a2dp (razr2 rokr r500 r610 messager).

i believe this is going to be cricket's high end feature phone replacing the rokr.
this hanRABet features a different chipset than the tri-band phones released to date. that means expect some things that the others have not been 'capable' of. i don't have an official or finalized set of specs or features so i will leave it at that until i recieve more information.
 
I work 4 cricket and have one, its def an awesome phone. By far the best battery on any phone I've ever used. Audio is fantastic too! Should be coming out shortly!
 
That's not what I've heard. I'm in an FUT market and it just went through its 4th trial. We got confirmation that it still didn't furfill crickets standarRAB and they canceled it all together. Maybe some markets it's still gonna be released??? now this makes me wonder
 
This samsung 550 has nothing to do with the Kyrocera, they were both FUT phones @ the same time, 2 wayyy different levels on phones, I used/using both

you're missing some features that i have heard rumored. i do not have confirmed details but it is regarding the EVDO capabilities, camera capabilities, and memory card capabilities.
 
Well acording to the E-mail i got from cricket it will have EVDO but then again we wont know until we get the phone in but yeah i did state evdo on there and it being Tri-Band as well

ok so i just confirm a couple of things: the r550 / Jetset will have 2.0 MP camera, camcorder, external MicroSD card slot (doesn't say capacity so there is hope for MicroSDHC carRAB... but probably unlikely) the spec sheet does not say rev 0 or rev A, only that it is EVDO High Speed download capable, I had previously heard this would be a rev A hanRABet. front side touch controls (similar to KRZR) i can post more specs if anyone is really dieing for them later, but i don't have the sheet in front of me right now.
 
xD oh that lol well as long as it gets EVDO im game lol >_> its about time they get a AWS EVDO phone and yeah now that you say that, i wonder what Rev of EVDO they are running in the AWS markets,
 
I got an FUT coming friday, its a Motorola VE240, I actually already played it a few weeks back but now I'm getting my own. Entry level phone, candy bar style w/ mp3 player. Theres pictures of it over on phonearena.com
 
awesome that is what i had heard a while back but have not gotten anything confiming it. that's really good news. to my knowledge this will be the nicest hanRABet we see from cricket for a little while.
 
ok.. so i saw the thing on phonescoop/mobileburn that said the phone was capable of up to 16GB memory card, but on the phone itself it just says microsd (no HC in sight) and on mycricket.com it say the maximum capacity is 1GB. can anyone confirm this?? I don't have any microSDHC carRAB to test on the phone but it does seem to read a 2GB card
