New Phone or Wait for Phone

Hey Guys,

I sold my Blackberry Tour for $150 yesterday (which I thought was a good deal) as I have an upgrade ready to use and I want to move to an Android phone (theres no comparison, it just is great compared to the lack of apps and cool phone/browser on the blackberry) except I'm not sure if I should wait for another phone with better hardware now that Android 3 has been announced and the 1.5-2ghz processors are suppose to be out soon or if I should get the Droid X?

I know there will always be new hardware around the corner but the X does not even have features like a front facing camera for video chatting *stuff we know that is possible and will be coming out soon from Android I'm sure*

Any help from anyone?
 
You could get an aria now. It's a decent device.

I think the Droid X can be updated to 3.0 when it comes out so you should be good.

Or you can buy a nexus one and sell it later in the year.

Or buy an iphone 4 and sell it later in the year (this will depreciate the least).
