I've just gotten my new cellphone from telus at last. Yay! 'm having a little trouble with setup. I call the *22803 and send in order to start the activation process, but when I have to press 1 and send to accept 'English' as my languag, it says Request Cannot Be Confirmed with a big flashing red stop sign. Then it redirects me to a 1-800 number telling me to call a 1-888 number to set up my phone. Is this 1-888 number a free number? Can I set up through a pay phone? I BOUGHT this phone so that I would have one. I'm a little upset.
Also, my cover won't quite close. Its a little plastic problem is all. How can I sand down this factory excess plastic so the case will close completely? Thanks! >3
