new phone from philippines? budget $500 (~23k pesos)

hey i'm looking for a phone to get when i go to the philippines this summer. my budget is in the title.

here's what i'm looking for.

preferably a smart phone
preferably has wi-fi
quad band
form doesn't matter.
should look good, but leave that up to me to judge.
bluetooth
a good camera is always nice but that's not high up on my priority list.

yeah, but i'm opening up my options to other phones besides Nokia (ie SE). i wasn't too sure if bringing up SE in an S60 board was ok.

If you want wifi in an SE, I'm pretty sure you're limited to the P990, but something else could be out by the time you go

P990i is triband only and doesn't have UTMS 1900 or even EDGE if you consider to use it with Cingular.
That's the only reason I didn't get P990i.
I was surprised SE didn't put 850 and EDGE onto their flagship PDA phone which is supposed for business people to use worldwide.

well yeah, i realize that if i want an SE, wifi is pretty much out of the picture.


i think i've narrowed it down to the E65 or an SE phone. although any more suggestions would help!
