New Phone. Any Sugegstions?

I'm in the middle of my contract and I need a second phone. Any suggestions?

I need a GSM phone, Preferably with quad band but I can live with Triband.
Preferably an average+ camera, good sound quality, preferably speakerphone, MP3 ringtones, And definetly a nice form factor.

Preferably not from Samsung. I just hate them.

My budget for this one is around 250, although I might be able to find 300

I have to buy unlocked, so I don't mind buying from Craigslist or eBay or somethin.
 
Go With the w810i or check out the BBPearl - You made no comment about BB, so i dont know your thoughts on BB. But if you dont have any expierence with them, or if you have any questions about it, check out the RIM forums or feel free to msg me.
 
I don't know about the blackberry. I'm not exactly the CEO of something. I don't often use email, and the closest I've been to a smartphone was my cousin's Nokia with N80 with Symbian.
 
My wife has a Blackberry Pearl, and let me tell you, that phone is pretty awesome. You don't need to be a CEO to use it, in fact, if I could have afforded to get one, I would in a heartbeat.
 
I just need help...PERIOD!! I am with Cingular right now (hating them) and I have the ever so common Motorola RAZR. I'm about to switch to Alltel and I would like a phone with the QWERTY Keyboard. Any suggestions as to which one is the best one??
