I will be going to New Orleans soon for a laid back weekend trip. I want to go to a good authentic restaurant that will give me some of the great flavors that makes New Orleans the food capital of the world. Between these two restaurants which one would be recommended. Louisiana Bistro or Brigtsen's Restaurant? If there are any other recommendations please explain and tell me your own opinions.
