Wow, I wish I could crack the code on this one b/c it sounds like a lot of people are having the same problem, but we just can't seem to reproduce it with 100% certainty. I have to admit, I do think that sometimes I feel like my phone misses notifications, but I usually just chalk it up to old age (me, not my phone) and not paying attention. I will definitely pay more attention now though. THis is something that should be more or less foolproof.
