New N93 firmware: version 20.0.058!!!!!

the thing is, we can dl the software that updates our fw, but we cant do anything if there is NO firmware for us to update
 
The gaming problem which you can't press two buttons at once is fixed!!!!! I'm knocking out Glass Joe like a champ on vNes now without an issue! This alone makes the upgrade VERY worthwhile.
 
mind telling us where you got the firmware from mate?

1.reason why n93 fw not available? it is available at nsc thus the updater is not really a "convinience" method it is really for those who cant update otherwise...ievif you can locate a nsc go there to get the update practically before others....
2.nokia does know of the nsu problems....ie a new version has been added(check it out if you have pc suite 6.8 the one which has the updater) thus the hold back why release new fw if the tool for updating isnt 100%
3.funny i would say nokia does read these forums(really need to respond to some comments imho) and knows of the "bugs" in v20xxx the battery stating needs charging and then jumps back up,camera noise(still pics) lens noise while capturing video and until recently the b/w video recording....these bugs have been fixed in the "new" v20xxx fw
i cant really say to whom i spoke too at nokia to get such correspondence but guys the "new" v20xxx fw will be available very soon via nsu

anything FOTA related?
 
n93 looks more enticing every day cause the video is sick.... i think i will wait for the next gen video phones though....
 
ah, makes sense now...because i was able to d/l the software, i just assumed that the firmware was there ready to go, obviously it is not...hmmm ? must wait and see i guess ?
