So I've been trying to figure this out, but I'm just getting frustrated trying to read through the stupid laws and regulations and not finding what I need.
I'm trying to find out what the state laws are for a motorized bicycle (bicycle with a small CC gas motor attached) are.
Maximum # of CCs before you're required to have a license, maximum speed, if they have a "scooter class" license, etc.
I'm moving from California to New Mexico and ditching the electric scooter because it doesn't go far enough on a charge and just wont be that practical.
