Been a lurker here for a while, but haven't yet been cool enough to be a member. While I may be a Ducati noob, I'm not a noob to riding. I'm also the owner/admin of our local forum that's really active (Sarasota is just south of Tampa). Its just nice to also be part of a forum for the specific bike you have.
I've been debating whether or not to take the Ducati plunge, but my girl finally pushed me over the edge. I posted my CBR 600RR for sale this weekend, and it went like wildfire (doh!). I'm past the point-of-no-return now.
There's a dealer i know here in FL that has an '08 1098 for $13,000 even (plus fees, but its negotiable with ad space on my forum). Seems like a pretty sweet deal to me, what do you guys think?
