Details LEAP's plans for spectrum purchased in the recent AWS auction including which cities LEAP plans to launch service in.

Corpus Christi, Texas; Baton Rouge and New Orleans, La; Wilmington, Del.; Philadelphia, Pa.; Washington, D.C.; Baltimore, Md.; Richmond and Norfolk, Va
Minneapolis, Minn.; St. Louis, Mo.; Oklahoma City; Las Vegas, Nev.; Chicago, Ill.; and Seattle, Wash

I have no idea on the order right now. I've heard Las Vegas is at the top of the list though. The biggest obstacle will be getting hanRABets/network equipment that support the new frequency ranges gained in this auction.

Actually the biggest obstacle will be to clear the AWS spectrum of incurabents that are still using it for other purposes. The transition schedule in some markets stretches many years into the future.
