New kitten. Jumps up over fence and goes under car. Help please!?

Hi,
We just got a kitten. She's so loveable and full of energy. She's in the garage and has a 2 1/2 [ estimate ] foot gate around her area. She likes to climb out and go under the van. We are careful to not open the garage when she's not in her cage/carrier. Is there something that we can put over the fence thing to prevent her from being able to climb up it? I really would appreciate an answer. Thanks!
Oh, and when we brought her home, she keeps sneezing. Well, once in a while. Is it because of the dust?
 
Take the poor thing out oif the garage and into the house for a few months, then outside, at her current age she's far too small to get out of any trouble.
 
well there is nothing you can really do to keep your kitten from climbing over the fence but when i first got my 2 kittens one was sneezing a lot but then it stop so it is probably dust.by the way is your cat indoor or outdoor?

also to the people who are asking why the cat was in the garage, well why does it matter??? i let my cats in the garage because they are indoor cats and they always want to go outside so i let them hang in the garage because they dont really go in there
