New House!

So, some of you remember how pissed I was that I had to move into a shitty little apartment, well guess what! We found a nice new house back in our old town, huge yard, garage, everything! Im so excited I can't wait to move!

but here is the life sucks part:

My new couch is being delivered tommarow, and it is a huge three sectional,
plus, just moving period sucks.

Fuck I wanna move but our rent is so cheap for the area that it's not worth it. If we moved we would be at least a $400 increase. Why so cheap? When we moved in the land lord was this old lady that I that liked the fact that we were a young family and gave us a smokin hot deal! So since then (5 years later) the property value in So Cal has gone through the roof, and rents went up with it, but ours has only gone up in small increments. But one day it will all come to an end. Now Im prepared though!
