new hood for dodge neon - how much$? do you think itll need 1?

so i got in a little fender bender and very slightly bent the hood of my 02 dodge neon. didn't seem like a big prob but now the hood wont open :(. just curious if any one has a ballmark for how much this may set me back if worse cuz comes to worse and i need a new 1? unless you think its fixable without - bent/arched up about 2 or 3 inches in the middle of hood and won't open. thank you
 
From your description,it will need a new hood. call local junkyards to try to find one, your core support may also be bent, or related hardware.
unless you have some body repair ability's you will need professional help on this.
 
your gonna have to raise the hood to take it off ! probly around 50 bucks at a junk yard or craigslist. $200-$300 for a new hood plus that much again to paint it..
