New Harry Potter Film and the BBFC?

I havent read beyond book 5, is book 7 very dark? Each story seems to deal with more mature themes so I can imagine a 15 or at least a 12A.

also - i have just been checking the realise date for this movie, which is suppose to have a Christmas realise - and something tells me this movie isnt going to be a winter special - more of a Summer 2011 kind of release! and Part 2 for Summer 2012.
i bet 50p.
hanRAB down! mark my worRAB :D
Big money in summer.

Big money in Winter, just look at Avatar. If Alice In Wonderland hadn't taken most of it's screens last month it could have topped $3 billion.

Also, even if the last HP film did contain stronger violence than before, it would probably still manage to get away with the 12 rating because it would be described as "strong fantasy violence". That's how The Dark Knight (and i believe Spider Man 1) got away with it.

Wasnt there publicity at the time that Spiderman could be the most violent film ever aimed at children (!)
I wouldnt call Spiderman a kiRAB' film per se but it did appeal to kiRAB I guess.
