Hello all... new guy here...

I and a huge Ducati Fan. I am currently in the process of tring to sell my 07 CBR600RR so I can get a new 848.


I fell in love with ducatis when my Friewnd let me ride his 916 and Monster. i love the V-twin and TQ.
 
welcome to the site man, its the best duati site i have seen yet. i heard those 07 rr's are a great bike, true its no ducati but i always liked the cbr rr. my friend has an 06 and i love it. good luck with the sale.
 
yeah.. the 07-08 600rr are really nice... The stealership told me I would one get 5300 on trade in on my bike.. I cant do that I owe more then that on it.. if i sold it out right then I could go pick up a ducati today but im not sure if I would want to save up a couple more thousand and get a 1098.
 
Once I rode the 1098 that was it for me. I'm done with 4 bangers. I never rode an 848 but if its anything like it big brother you'll love every second of it.
 
I had intended to get the 1098, but the white 848 just mesmerized me at the Cycle World traveling show. I was at the dealership the next day putting my deposit down. I got the first one that came in. I would imaging the power is a little less than the 1098 , but for the street, I wouldn't think you won't notice a huge difference.

This is my first V-twin, its not quite as quick to jump with the throttle as my CBR954 was, but its got tons of pull, and is down right scary over 6000RPM.
