New front bumper for '03 ford focus?

I have an '03 ford focus 4 door sedan and i'm wanting to replace the stock bumper with a "tuner" style one. I plan to purchase one over the internet and i want something very affordable. the one i have my eyes on now is about $300 with free shipping.

if i order this and get it through the mail, what all do i have to do? get it painted and simply replace the stock bumper? or is it much more complex? I'm on a real budget (college student/part time job) so i appreciate the help!
 
sand and paint of course.and like the description says you might have to cut some stuff (shave some corners) and they do recommend pro installation as do i.
