Hey guys.
I just got BEV with the brand new hd pvr reciever about 2 or 3 months ago.
A few weeks ago we had a huge storm and my dish was covered in snow.
I went up on the roof and brushed all the snow off and the satellite was working again. Well we just had another huge storm about 3 days ago and ever since my HD channells are gone out of the menu guide. There is nothing on the dish and it has a clear line of site but it is giving me the error it gave me when it was covered in snow. The error is "there might be a problem with your switch box" I called Bell tech support and told them my hd chanells were gone and Raju or whatever his name was said that I must have had the favorites on the wrong thing. I assured him it wasn't then he said that everything was plugged in wrong. But this makes no sense because I had HD channels perfectly for almost 3 months with crystal clear reception. Needless to say tech support is useless. He didn't listen to a word I said and did not acknowledge me at all.
Anyone ever come across this?
