I am interested in knowing:
1) what is the culture like in new delhi?
2) what events do they hold? and is new delhi a poor or rich city?
3) are there more rich ppl over poor ppl in new delhi?
4) what % of poor ppl are there?
5) can anyone tell me if KHAUSHAMBI is a poor or rich district??
