hey guys its kara i was watching one of my fav shows and this girl was trying out a diff. culture. but to try tht culture out she had to do sumthing called "fasting" itts were u dnt eat for a long period of time. i wanting to try it out. no its not to get skinny i just wanted 2 try sumthing new. but i was worried....how can u go so long without eating and not get a eating disorder? im rly scared tht if i do fast for a week or 2 im gna gain a eating disorder plz help thx
