I bought a cricket usb thing for internet and started an internet account to get internet on my dell laptop and I plug it in and it says "device not activated. Activate now?" And I click yes and it goes through its thing and says activation unsuccessful. My grandma has all the account info so I can't call them until I get it which could be a few days. Any ideas on what could be done to get it going?
